
The Patient Registration Screen contains all the pertinent patient information, including registration, billing, patient forms, notes, schedule, authorization tracking, and accounts receivable information.
Patient Schedule History: Shows a listing and status of all appointments for the patient. From this screen, appointments can be added or deleted.
Patient Guarantor Screen: Completed when someone other than the patient is responsible for the patient charges. The system contains numerous features for family balances.
Patient Treatment Plans: Displays a listing and status of all treatment plans for the patient. The authorization is automatically attached to charges and the remaining visit count is automatically adjusted.
Patient Print Options: This screen is accessed from the patient registration screen. It includes over 20 unique forms to assist both the practice needs and the patient needs.
Patient Accounts Receivable Display: This screen is accessed from the patient registration screen. This display shows each date of service, a summary of the charges payments and write-offs. The last two columns highlight the responsible party.
Patient History/Ledger Display: This screen is accessed from the patient registration screen. This display shows each transaction. The transactions can be organized chronologically or by Date of Service. The different colors indicate the type of entry.
Patient History/Ledger Reports: This screen is accessed from the patient registration screen. The transactions can be organized chronologically or by Date of Service. There are options that allow you to limit the report by starting and ending dates. Also, the reports can be generated specifically for one office and/or one provider.
Patient Photo: This screen is accessed from the patient registration screen. A web cam takes the photo. This photo will help complete the Red Flag Regulations.
Patient Record Scans: This screen is accessed from the patient registration screen. Any standard scanner can be used. The practice can create up to ten subject categories. Scans can be placed into any one of these categories. Scans can be printed or emailed.
Patient Insurance Card Scans: This screen is accessed from the patient registration screen. Any standard scanner or card scanner can be used. Any number of insurance cards can be scanned including both the front and backsides. As you can see, the card can be displayed next to the recorded information.
